Traditionally called "hard hack" the overgrowth in the back becomes usable area once again. The hard hack was 6-7 ft. tall and became small mulch.

Sumac and other stuff needs to go. Between the two levels of plants is a 6 foot ditch that had to be worked on for drainage.
Taken down grass, brush, and small trees made this into a nice lawn.
Driveway
Drainage needed to be added above the actual driveway to help divert the water problem.

Retaining Walls & Parking Area
Landcape Ties built with drainage coming out of bottom. Used to hold material to help a mobile home set level on a side bank.
